Engineering Evaluation Requests
When submitting requests for engineering evaluations you will need to complete a one of the listed forms with your sample:

- Request form for Softline Product Engineering Services
Please fill out as much information on the request form as possible. If you have any questions, please call the nearest ATS location you work with and ask to speak to a Client Service Representative.
Inspection Requests
When requesting ATS Inspection Service please fill out the listed form and submit it to one of our offices.

Product Development and Engineering Requests
