All sampling is performed per ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (previously known as Mil-Std-105E) equivalent to ISO2859-1. Written reports and photographs are provided to the client for all inspection performed.

Pre-production (Pilot-Run) inspection is an excellent tool in identifying product and process limitations as well as reinforcing established material, construction, workmanship and color standards before authorizing production.
